MillerKnoll Chicago Showroom - an experimental laboratory

When Florence Knoll designed Knoll's original showrooms in the 1950s, she conceived of the spaces as 'experimental laboratories' through which clients could experience modern ideas and materials in situ. Today, their showrooms haven't strayed far from this approach.

At the intersection of people and environments, there’s Knoll.

Founded in 1938, the company’s creative collaborations with the most influential architects and designers of the day have yielded an unmatched portfolio of timeless products for the office, hospitality and home. Knoll was built on its belief that when furniture, interiors and architecture are designed harmoniously, they create spaces where people want to be.

Their Chicago showroom is designed to inspire your next project—whether you’re an architecture and design professional or a homeowner. Visit the showroom to explore a range of workplace planning ideas as well as residential furniture, all choreographed in ways that bring order and beauty to space.

Everything must be at its best here – including the flooring: The demands on the material are high and it must dovetail nicely with the presentation.

The Knoll Chicago team maintains relationships with local chapters of the American Institute of Architects (AIA); American Society of Interior Designers (ASID); Global Association for Corporate Real Estate (CoreNet); International Facility Management Association (IFMA); and International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
